Large LOUNGE overlooking the front garden with a sofa, high   seat leather chair and    comfortable double sofa bed;  TV, DVD and a range of books, magazines and games.

DINING KITCHEN equipped with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, pans, crockery and cutlery.

CONSERVATORY with comfy  seating overlooking the rear garden and bird feeders.  Radio/CD player.  Washing machine and tumble drier.

THREE BEDROOMS  - one double, one twin and one single.   The single bedroom (with electric bed) and  double bedroom are wheelchair friendly.   The twin bedroom has its own wash basin.   Bed linen (except for cot bedding) & towels provided.
