Catkin Dell's full address is 12 Greenfield Road, Waverton, CH3 7NF. Waverton is a lovely village just four miles south-east of Chester. It has a well-stocked "One-stop" supermarket, takeaway, post office, cafe, pub, hairdressing salon, children's playgound, playing fields, golf course and four churches.
